There is a $15 deposit that is required to secure your appointment. Also, please be mindful that I sometimes have 5-6 clients a day and I am on a schedule so be on time! There is a 15 min grace period before your appointment is cancelled. Also keep in mind that if you are not here within that 15min grace period, I will charge the card on file a no show fee which is 40% of your service. If you have any questions regarding your hair length and texture please be sure to book a consultation to ensure that your hair is suitable for your style of choice. PLEASE keep in mind that if your hair is wet, not detangled and thoroughly blow dried there will be a $20 fee. If your hair isn’t clean I will NOT render you service. Also, your remaining balance can be paid with CASH OR APPLE PAY ONLY. Please refrain from booking or coming to your appointment if you are sick (minor cough and runny nose included). If this is communicated with me I will refund your deposit immediately. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT LATE FEES AND CANCELLATIONS APPLY TO EVERYONE! NO EXCEPTIONS.. Cancellation Policy
You will be able to cancel your appointment within 24hours of your appointment. If those 24 hours have expired, there will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows. This also goes for clients who are 15mins late which will result in your appointment being cancelled.
